At Khushi Baby (KB) we seek to motivate and monitor community health care at the last mile. We build and implement community-inspired digital health solutions to empower frontline health workers to deliver informed care for pregnant women, children, and other vulnerable groups.

Khushi Baby is the Nodal Technical Support Partner to the Government of Rajasthan’s Department of Medical, Health, and Family Welfare, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the State’s integrated community health platform out of the Rajasthan State Data Center.

Collectively, Khushi Baby’s solutions have been used by over 70,000 community health workers in the last year, with independent modules for COVID-19 active surveillance and longitudinal reproductive, maternal, neonatal, and child health tracking. These solutions have been used to track the health of over 20 million beneficiaries, making Khushi Baby’s m-health platform for government-employed community health workers, the second largest in the world. Beyond Rajasthan, we also have current solutions deployed in Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra and Haryana.

Our solutions have included a variety of novel technology implementations and integrations including Near Field Communication, facial biometrics, and AI/ML for fraud detection. These solutions have emerged from over 7 years of experience working closely with health workers in the field in 400 villages of Udaipur.

Khushi Baby is seeking to appoint a result oriented full time Female Admin & HR Associate/Officer who will be playing a key role to execute day to day activities related to HR, admin, logistics and financial management in the organization.

Qualification Skill and competencies:
  • Full time MBA/Post-graduation degree in Administration and/or HR program from a recognized university
  • Minimum 1 years of experience working as Admin HR Associate/Officer/Manager preferably in an organization dealt with public health/m-health
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill in English and Hindi
  • Inter-personal skills to communicate with the various stakeholders and staff
  • Excellent computer skills, with good command over MS office softwares and Google drive
Key responsibilities:
  • Managing Human Resource and administrative activities of the organization
  • Supervising Logistics and facilitating financial Management
  • Overseeing HR training and skill development of the field staff
  • Checking and overseeing staff expenses and liaise the staff
  • Filing, storage and maintenance of all official records
  • Organizing periodical staff appraisals and prepare reports
  • Undertaking and Maintaining inward and outward correspondence
  • Conduct need assessment within the organization pertaining to Logistics and HR
  • Correspond and liaison with different stakeholders for various purposes such as financial, inter-organizational meetings, etc.
  • Facilitate and document the minutes of staff, steering committee and board meetings
  • Channeling the grievances of the staff and helping to resolve them as per norms
  • Support KB Administration to develop and maintain various policies for the organization
  • Sensitize the staff and relevant stakeholders to abide by the rules of the organization’s policy
  • Assist in preparation of various reports and documentation as and when required for the development of organization
  • Arrange and manage various events and meetings within and out of the organization
  • Develop and apply the norms and ideas of costeffectivness of various aspects and implementation activities of the organization and sensitize the staff to comply with those norms
  • Oversee and monitor staff’s expenses activities and ensure staff to comply with organization’s policy
  • Setting up advocacy programs for different stakeholders
  • Keep track of contracts of staff and different vendors and ensuring them to get updated on due course of time in guidance of HR/Admin Lead
  • Maintains employee benefits programs and care to Khushi Baby teams and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends
  • Ensure legal compliances by monitoring, conducting investigations, maintaining records and representing
  • Performing recruitment related activities, which include processes such as JD development, identifying the need, shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding, etc.
  • Maintaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system
  • Support KB Administration in other activities like Procurement, Travel Desk, Event Management
  • Comply with organizational technical modalities to perform daily duties
  • Managing and regular monitoring of HRMS for staff HR activities and enabling staff to comply with the HRMS
  • Liaising with the third party service providers pertaining to the HR/Admin activities such as HRMS
Remuneration
