As the Nodal Technical Support Partner to the Government of Rajasthan’s Department of Medical, Health, and Family Welfare, we are at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing an integrated community health platform. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI and machine learning, Khushi Baby implements precision-public health approaches in diverse areas including Reproductive, Maternal, Neonatal, Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCH+A), Non-communicable Diseases (NCDs), Communicable Diseases (COVID-19, TB, vector-borne diseases), and special campaigns like Measles and Rubella elimination, and COVID-19 vaccination.

Pioneering in the field of climate x health, we developed India's first village-level climate vulnerability index, influencing policy and providing vital data at both national and international levels. Our solutions, ranked as the second-largest globally, extend beyond Rajasthan to Karnataka, and Maharashtra. Our collaborative efforts with government bodies, UN-organizations, and leaders across the public-private sectors underscore our commitment to delivering impactful health solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers (both Android and Backend), policy and program teams, and researchers. Foster effective collaboration to drive product development and ensure alignment with public health goals.
• Public Health Program Knowledge: Utilize your deep understanding of public health programs to shape the development of digital solutions, ensuring they meet the specific needs and requirements of ground-level health workers and government officials.
• R&D and Scoping: Lead the research and development efforts in scoping the requirements for public health programs. Collect and analyze data to inform the development of innovative digital health solutions.
• Product Design and Wireframing: While not mandatory, having expertise in product design and wireframing is an added advantage. Contribute to the design of user-friendly applications and dashboards.
• Program Analytics: Use your skills in program analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of the digital health solutions and make data-driven decisions to enhance and refine the products.
• Communication Skills: Employ strong verbal and written communication skills to convey project updates, gather feedback, and collaborate effectively with team members, government officials, and community-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Policy and Program Teams: Work closely with our policy and program teams to ensure that the product aligns with public health policies and goals. Engage with government officials to understand their requirements and translate them into product features.
• Product Development and Implementation: Coordinate the development of applications and dashboards by providing clear requirements and design insights to developers. Oversee the product's journey from concept to implementation.

Qualifications:

• A master's degree in Public Health (MPH), an MBA in Public Health, or a master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 4-5 years of experience in the Digital Public Health domain.
• Proven expertise in public health program knowledge, research and development, program analytics, and an understanding of product design principles (experience with wireframing is a plus).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and engage with government officials and community stakeholders.
